Shift Supervisor

Trukai Industries Limited has a vacancy for a Shift Supervisor in our Rice Mill Department. The role will be based in Lae and will report to the Production Shift Manager. 

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the daily production targets are met, planned production is achieved, production-related data is submitted on time, and manpower allocation is managed on a shift-by-shift basis.

Key Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science preferably in Food Technology  
• 3 years experience in the manufacturing industry as a Supervisor
• Strong planning and organizational skills 
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Proficient in OHSE protocols
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Computer literate in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and MS Word
