Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate and self-driven applicant to join our Rice
Development Department as a Senior Machinery Operator, based in Erap, Morobe Province.
This position involves operating of farm machinery, equipment and rice farming implements. The
responsibilities include operating tractors, tractor drawn implements such as plough and harrow
discs, slasher, planters, silos, augers, sprayers, levelers, tillers, fertilizer spreaders, harvesters, and
grain dryers.
Key Requirements
Applicant must be a competent tractor operator
Technical/ Vocational level graduate
Previous experience as a Senior Machinery Operator
Valid Class 7 Drivers License
Detail oriented
Good communication skills
Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
Self-motivated & a team player
