Security Supervisor

Trukai Industries Limited has a vacancy for a Security Supervisor to join its Operations and Risk team. This role is based in Erap Farm, Lae Morobe Province, and will report to the Security Manager.

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for planning and ensuring daily security operation plans are implemented in order to meet the safety, security and wellbeing of Trukai employees and the company as a whole.

Key Requirements

• Completed Grade 12 
• 5 years of Security experience
• Experience in a Supervisory role
• Ability to exercise sound judgement, tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
• Able to work autonomously 
• Good report writing skills
• Strong Leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work under minimum supervision 
• Computer literate in Microsoft applications (MS Excel| MS Word)
• Must have a current driver’s license - Class 6
