Trukai Industries Limited has a vacancy for a Security Operations Coordinator to join its Operations and
Risk team. This role is based in Lae and will report to the Security Manager.
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring Security Supervisors and Contractor Guards provide
adequate operational support on a regular basis as well as the implementation of security policies and
procedures to prevent all forms of crime within Trukai sites.
Key Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration
5 years of Security experience
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of Duty Security Supervisors
Must have knowledge on Occupational Health & Safety in a food manufacturing and processing
plant
Must have Strong network with the Police Command Post & other government agencies
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong Interpersonal skills
Highly organized and ability to multi-task
Must have a Police Clearance
Good report writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to work on weekends and longer hours when required
Able to work under minimum supervision
Computer literate in MS Office applications (MS Excel| MS Word)
Available for duty travel when required
Must have a current driver’s license - Class 6
