Hygiene Supervisor

Trukai Industries Limited has a vacancy for a Hygiene Supervisor in our Rice Mill Department. The role will be based in Lae and will report to the Production Shift Manager. 

The Hygiene Supervisor is responsible for establishing cleaning schedules and procedures for the Hygiene Crew and ensuring that tasks are carried out effectively. The incumbent will also be
inspecting cleaning equipment and supplies regularly and replenishing them when needed. Monitoring and enforcing safety and hygiene standards for workers and work areas as well
as keeping records of cleaning activities, and employee attendance.

Key Requirements

• Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality 
• 5 years’ work experience in an FMCG Industry 
• Strong planning and organizational skills  
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team 
• Strong Interpersonal skills 
• Strong Customer Service Skills 
• High attention to detail with the ability to show initiative 
• Knowledge in cleaning chemical management  
• Good communication skills both oral and written 
• Computer literate in MS Office Applications
