Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate and driven Human Resources Business Partner to
join its Human Resources Team. This role is based in Lae, Morobe Province and will report to the
General Manager – Human Resources.
The HR Business Partner will work collaboratively with Senior Management and the team in
proactively delivering a positive and engaging employee experience.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Business Administration
5 years of generalist HR experience
HR Business Partner experience in an FMCG Company
Familiar with PNG Labor Law
Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive
confidential information
Exposure of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations and
performance management
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Good people skills
