Customer Service Clerk

Trukai Industries Limited are seeking an interested applicant to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Clerk based in Lae, Morobe Province.

This position will report directly to the Customer Service Coordinator. The Customer Service Clerk is responsible in assisting the Customer Service Representative by providing high quality of service effectively and efficiently to all Trukai customers and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Tertiary Qualification in Supply Chain & Customer Care
2 plus years’ experience in a similar role
Exposure to Sales & Marketing
Exposure to Customer Care
Customer oriented
Highly organized and a team player
Very attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
