Trukai’s relationship with the people of Papua New Guinea spans over 45 years, beginning on February 17th 1970. The organization was initially incorporated as “Ricegrowers – Australia Pty. Limited”, and in its humble beginnings distributed only a single type of white and brown rice packed in polysac bags.

How can I become a distributor?

Who do I contact if I come across a damaged rice product?

Please contact enquiries @trukai.com.pg. Ensure you include the name of the outlet which  you bought your rice from, your payment receipt including date and time and other particulars about the product.

I just received a text message from a random number saying I have won a large sum of prize money from Trukai Industries. Is this true or not?

Trukai Industries will not text or email our winners using random numbers and email addresses. All our messages will have our name on it on the address bar. Please report these scam messages to your respective mobile network operator.
